Ian has deep fintech experience in the U.S. and Latin America and has been pivotal in shaping PayPal Ventures’ investment strategy. He returned to PayPal in 2022 after leading the corporate venture arms of Synchrony Financial and BBVA. Ian is active in supporting the growth of the LATAM fintech ecosystem.

Amman co-founded a lending company and originated $10M+ of loans across small businesses. He previously worked at Propel Venture Partners and started his career in investment banking at KBW. Amman is passionate about disruptive tech and has been experimenting with launching businesses since a young age.

Ashish focuses on fintech investments across EMEA, India, and Southeast Asia. He joined PayPal Ventures in 2017 after five years at Deutsche Bank advising payments companies. He is excited by founders building products to replace the legacy guts of financial services and payments value chains globally.

Alexandros leads fintech and insurtech investments across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. He has experience in investment banking, early-stage venture, growth investing, and product leadership. He is passionate about democratizing access to insurance and financial services.

Rachel brings over a decade of experience as an operator, with expertise in marketing, M&A, and product strategy. She is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and has worked on initiatives to deploy $100 million to minority-led venture capital funds.
