Is my pitch deck secure?
Yes, absolutely. Your pitch deck is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your deck with investors without your explicit consent. Only you can decide when and how to reach out to matched investors.
How long does it take to get my matches?
Most matches are ready in about 6 minutes. Our AI works quickly to analyze your deck and find the best investor matches. You'll be notified by email when your results are ready.

Can I reach out to investors directly?
Yes! We provide email templates customized for each investor that you can use directly. You can also use our outreach tracking tools to manage your fundraising pipeline and follow-ups.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can upload your pitch deck and see a preview of your matches completely free. You only pay when you decide to unlock your full list of 20 personalized investor recommendations.
How much does it cost to unlock my matches?
Unlocking your 20 personalized investor matches is a one-time payment. Check our pricing page for current rates. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees - you pay once and keep access forever.
Can I run multiple campaigns?
Yes! Each campaign analyzes a different deck or raise scenario. This is useful if you're pivoting, raising a new round, or want to test different positioning with investors.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the immediate delivery of AI-generated insights and investor data, we generally don't offer refunds after unlock. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.

How is my pitch deck protected?

Who can see my pitch deck?
Only you can see your pitch deck. Our AI processes your deck to extract information, but no humans at Investor Match view your deck without explicit permission. We never share your deck with investors unless you choose to.
How long do you keep my data?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings. We retain data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
Is Investor Match GDPR compliant?
Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact our support team for any data-related requests.
Can I change my Deck after getting matches?
Unfortunately not. Each deck is a new campaign as it does all the investor research work and matching logic from scratch. Please upload the new deck and create a new campaign to view your matches.
