As both an entrepreneur and investor Morgan brings a wealth of operational experience and analytical skills to the Nucleus investment process. After spending 10 years in investment banking and hedge fund investment management, a decade on his own entrepreneurial path has allowed him to accumulate a deep understanding of the challenges of starting and scaling new ventures. As an operator he has led and advised a number of hyper-growth consumer companies, honing his business and commercial strategy insights and spearheading numerous fund raising rounds. Lessons from these experiences coupled with his passion for relationship building, arm Morgan with a unique ability to identify opportunities and add value to founding teams.

Prior to co-founding Nucleus Adventure Capital, Ryan spent 12 years at JP Morgan as a senior trader in the Equity Derivatives group where he and his team helped companies across a range of sectors raise financing utilizing convertible and other securities. Since leaving the banking arena he has focused on startups, investing in dozens of early stage companies as well taking operating roles in portfolio companies from IoT business development to real estate COO. In his spare time he is an avid traveler, fitness enthusiast, and aspiring super-Dad. He currently resides with his family in the Bay Area.

Justin is an advisor and capital partner to the Nucleus group. He has 20 years of diverse financial markets and early-stage investing experience with a particular focus on fintech and game-changing innovation in areas such as space, climate and crypto. Having spent significant time living and working in London and Paris he now lives in NYC and alongside work he is trying hard to learn how to raise good little humans.
