Keith co-founded Spring in 2010 with a mission to change the world through innovation. Over his 30 years of experience, he has counselled and taught hundreds of entrepreneurs, trained hundreds of angel investors, and coached hundreds of impact investors. He has launched and led multiple companies and has raised over $80m in angel investment and venture capital.

Graham has been involved in impact investing for 20 years. He was formerly the Chief Investment Officer at Spring and was one of the founding members of the LGT Impact. He is a former CFO of Sistema.bio and ex-Oliver Wyman. He has a Masters degree from the Johns Hopkins University in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Sauder School of Business.
Olivia has nearly 20 years experience in finance working with multiple asset classes and $billions of capital from investors. She was formerly a VP at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, at RBC, Vancity, and boutique alternative investment funds in Vancouver and London, UK. She started investing at a young age in stocks and bonds but was always interested in social and environmental themes. After starting a family and leaving Goldman Sachs in 2022, she started angel investing.
Larissa is a civil engineer turned venture operator-investor with almost a decade of experience spanning the full capital stack: institutional asset management at PGIM ($1.5T AUM), building an enterprise SaaS startup from zero to Series A at Manifest Climate ($28M raised), and deal diligence and syndication across North America, the EU, and MENA. She brings deep domain expertise in climate and real assets, and a global network to support Canada’s next generation of founders. She holds a Master of Engineering in Cities Engineering and Management, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
