Previously founding partner at DEX Capital from 2010 to 2011 and partner at Sagitta from 1998 to 2010, where he worked in analysis and management of global multi-strategy mandates. Also worked at Ceras Johnson, Banco Boreal, and West Merchant Bank. Civil engineer from PUC-RJ with an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.

Former founding partner and co-head of the macro strategy at Vintage Investimentos for 7 years, becoming sole responsible manager from June 2020. Previously partner and manager of the Polo Macro fund, founding partner of Mauá Investimentos in 2005, director at Credit Suisse/Garantia for 10 years, and manager at Bankers Trust since 1993. Holds a bachelor's degree in economics from UFRJ.

Founder of Clave Capital. Former member of the Itaú Unibanco Partner Program, CEO of Itaú Asset responsible for implementing the new 'Multidesks' model, and led Itaú Unibanco's Fund of Funds area in Brazil and abroad. Holds a degree in electronic engineering from ITA, is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, and has the CAIA certification.

Former partner and manager of Private Credit strategies at Angá Asset in liquid and pension mandates, and co-manager of credit funds at Polo Capital. Previously worked at Modal, BVA, and Morada banks. Holds a bachelor's degree in economics from PUC-RJ and an MBA from FGV.
