Avenir Growth Capital

Andrew co-founded Avenir in 2017. Before founding Avenir, Andrew worked at Shumway Capital, L Catterton and Peter J Solomon Company. As a Robertson Scholar, he received a Master of Management Studies from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. from the Honors Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jamie co-founded Avenir in 2017. Before founding Avenir, Jamie spent time at Explorador Capital Management and in business affairs at Augusta National Golf Club. During the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign, he served as special assistant and personal aide to Senator John McCain. Jamie received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Paul joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2019. He serves on the Board of Directors for Xepelin. Paul also serves as a board observer for Flutterwave and Ziina. Before joining Avenir, he worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the Consumer and Healthcare groups; at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors group; and at Jeffries in the Restructuring group. Paul received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Theresa joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2019. She leads sourcing efforts across all verticals. Before joining Avenir, she worked at Vitruvian Partners and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. Theresa graduated from Cambridge University where she majored in Politics and International Relations.

David joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2022. Before joining Avenir, David worked at Susquehanna Growth Equity with a focus on B2B software. David graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a B.E. in Computer Science.
