Simran started her career as a Commercial Disputes lawyer at a Disputes (Band 1) law firm where she was engaged in handling Arbitrations and Commercial Disputes. She then switched to a Tier 1 Corporate law firm where she advised on Cross-Border M&A transactions and was involved in Risk and Entry-Barrier advisory.
