Abac Nest Ventures

Serial entrepreneur who has been part of Abac Capital since 2017 and one of the drivers of Abac Nest alongside Borja and Rubén Bonet. Previously founded four digital companies, including a fintech and insurtech company, and was a key shareholder and CEO of LetsBonus. Earlier worked at PwC in New York, Dublin and Barcelona.

One of the drivers of Abac Nest since its beginnings. Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Fractus since 1999, a deep tech company in Europe focused on wireless and telecom industries. Also Chairman and Board Member of IP Europe. Brings experience scaling startups, international fundraising, and deep tech networks.

Previously worked as Investment Director at BStartup (Banco Sabadell), an investment vehicle for early-stage startups. Earlier served as Manager of the Business Angels Network and Director of Entrepreneurship at ESADE Business School. Holds a business degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and an Executive MBA from ESADE.

Graduated in Global Governance, Economics & Legal Order from ESADE and completed an exchange program at Bocconi University specializing in corporate finance. After internships at Abac Capital, joined the Abac Nest team to pursue his passion for innovation in emerging companies.

Joined Abac in October 2025. Graduated in Business Administration from ESADE Business School and completed an exchange program at The University of Sydney. After interning at Abac Nest, joined the team to deepen her passion for entrepreneurship and new technologies.

Co-founded Abac Capital in 2014 and is one of the drivers of Abac Nest. Previously spent thirteen years at Apax Partners as a partner in the global technology and telecommunications team, executing multiple venture capital transactions. Earlier worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Banking and The Boston Consulting Group. Holds a business degree from ESADE and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
