Andrey Kolodyuk, entrepreneur turned VC, started his entrepreneurial career in New York in 1992 and eventually has founded and built over 10 companies in IT, telecom, internet and media with $1 Billion total revenues. Andrey is the founder of Divan.TV, an OTT service provider with 300 million Ukrainian and Russian-speaking audience living worldwide. Andrey has been active in building the entrepreneurial community in Ukraine and in August 2014 has initiated a foundation of UVCA (Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association). Andrey was selected as a Chairman of Association in November, 2014. For his accomplishments, Andrey was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2008. Andrey holds a PhD in Law with the specialty 'Political Culture and Ideology.' He is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Yevgen Sysoyev, a former successful investment banker, co-founded AVentures Capital. Over the years, he’s been a Board Director of such tech companies as Petcube, Augmented Pixels, Spinbackup, CoreValue, Depositphotos, and others. He is recognized as one of the most influential people in Ukrainian tech community. Yevgen studied mathematics in Ukraine and Germany. He also holds an MBA degree from INSEAD Business School in Singapore. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of the BrainBasket Foundation, an NGO with a mission to improve the IT education in Ukraine. Yevgen is fluent in English, German, Russian, Ukrainian, and speaks conversational Spanish.
