Rob leads 1Sharpe’s Investment Committee and is a member of its Operating Committee. Rob was instrumental in designing the firm’s investment strategy and has been actively involved in strategic loan and real estate investments since 2016. Before co-founding 1Sharpe, Rob spent nearly 30 years investing in bonds, loans, and real estate.

Gregor is a member of 1Sharpe’s Investment and Operating Committees, leads many strategic investments for 1Sharpe, and generates substantial investment opportunities through his network of real estate operators, real estate lenders and real estate entrepreneurs. Prior to co-founding 1Sharpe, Gregor co-founded and is Chairman of Roofstock, an online marketplace for single family rental homes backed by Khosla Ventures and Bain Capital.

Ginny oversees venture investing and 1SV platform strategies. Prior to 1SV, Ginny led Ventures at Jamestown, a $12Bn real estate private equity firm. She has also worked on real estate technology initiatives at Apple, Fifth Wall Ventures, and Harvard University after starting her career in product design. Ginny received her MBA from Harvard Business School and studied Engineering at Dartmouth.

Prior to joining 1SV’s investment team, Kat spent 5+ years as a proptech investor and consultant: COO at Shelter Acquisition Corp, a proptech-focused SPAC sponsor, investor at Metaprop and Fifth Wall, and consultant to startups such as Zeus Living. Kat started her venture career at Industry Ventures, a multi-stage generalist platform. Kat also represents the fourth generation of her family’s real estate development company. She holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
