José Vicente is a Spanish national and partner of Unicorn Castle. He is head of new acquisitions for the firm with more than 15 years of experience within real estate investments and management. José Vicente is graduated from the Universidad de las Islas Baleares with a degree in Industrial Chemistry and holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and the University of Southern California, along with a Masters in Asset Management and Private Banking from Universidad CEU. Prior to joining Unicorn Capital Partners, José Vicente worked for multinational retail fashion company H&M, where he was head of leasing for Spain and Portugal. He led the company’s expansion in those countries, including the opening of H&M’s largest flagship store in Spain. His strong knowledge in negotiations, analyst work, connections to consultancy companies, and team management is giving all our investors the best tools to invest their money.

Has a degree in Economics and Business Administration, by the University of CEU San Pablo (Spain) with postgraduate studies in Business Administration by the UCSD (University California San Diego) and Finance by the University California, Berkeley. His professional experience of more than 20 years has been focused in the Real Estate Sector, asset management and investment advisory services, with background in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and USA. Taking advantage of his excellent network of connections with major family offices, banks, private banks, investment funds, and international retailers in the last twenty years, Sergio Garcia has been very active as a specialist in the identification, analysis, and development of investment opportunities, refurbishment, and divestment of real estate assets worldwide. His strong knowledge in tax efficiency structures in Europe is giving all our investors an efficient way to invest their money.
