Adam is the Founder and Managing Partner of Top Harvest Capital. With over two decades of experience spanning deep tech, advanced data science, and venture capital, Adam has spent his career at the absolute forefront of machine learning and disruptive innovation. Prior to founding Top Harvest Capital in 2021, Adam was a general partner at Google Ventures (GV), where he focused on machine learning (ML) / AI (2012-2020) in software and in health care. Prior to joining GV, he was a director at Google (2006-2012). He built and led a world-class machine learning team that developed models for predicting advertiser behavior and systems for automating ML model training. He was previously a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard University, focused on applying statistical machine learning to public health.

As a General Partner at Top Harvest Capital, Choongsoon bridges the gap between deep academic research and institutional venture scale to back the next generation of AI and tech-health founders. Prior to joining Top Harvest, Choongsoon spent nine years as a Partner at GV (Google Ventures) from 2013 to 2022, where he focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science. He began his industry career at Google (2009–2013), spending four years engineering machine learning models for the company’s core advertising products. Choongsoon holds a Ph.D. in Statistical Machine Learning from UC Berkeley, where his doctoral research focused on analyzing Random Forests.
