Before joining TechNexus, he worked at strategy consulting firms, financial services firms, and served in a key role at a startup that built a marketplace for small and medium business lending.

Andy Annacone is Managing Director at TechNexus and President at Podfund. At TechNexus, he works with C-Suite teams to develop and help realize new opportunities for corporate transformation, innovation, and growth. He guides teams to define new business models and growth opportunities made possible by emerging technologies, actively executes venture capital and corporate development initiatives, and puts in place the management infrastructures needed to be successful. Prior to TechNexus, he led Corporate Venture Capital and technology innovation at Redbox.

Fred Hoch is the Founder and General Partner of TechNexus Venture Collaborative, which helps leading corporations and ambitious entrepreneurs develop mutually beneficial relationships that accelerate growth opportunities. A first-of-its-kind Venture Collaborative, we invest capital, incubate, and collaborate to create new growth opportunities. TechNexus has initiated hundreds of positive outcomes between mature corporations and early-stage companies for over a decade to create new business models, revenue streams, and products. Throughout his career, Hoch has worked with thousands of technology companies to drive their growth through strategic insight and a keen focus on execution.

As Vice President of Venturing, Andrew Wolohan is responsible for leading both venture investment activity and corporate innovation strategy, blending the seemingly disparate worlds of startup and large enterprise. Prior to joining TechNexus, he completed his MBA from The University of Chicago while working part-time at OCA Ventures, where he was introduced to the world of venture. Earlier in his career, he led commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements at Stax, a boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in M&A due diligence for private equity and global corporations.
