Will Harvey is a Senior Associate on our investment team. Prior to Teamworthy, he worked in the TMT vertical at EY-Parthenon's Value Creation group which supports Private Equity teams on pre-acquisition diligence and post-acquisition value realization. He has also owned/operated a multi-location food-cart and subscription-based food delivery business. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. He is originally from Rochester, NY and is an avid Buffalo Bills fan. He lives in New York City.

Associate

David Vega is an Associate on our investment team, previously serving as a Summer Associate with Teamworthy Ventures. Prior, David was a writer for Fox News as well as a staffer on Capitol Hill working in defense and technology legislation. David has past experience in both videography and media data analysis from his experience traveling the country, shooting and selling film of American landscapes. David is a graduate of Harvard College with an A.B. in Classics and Philosophy. He lives in New York City.

Brian Cashin is a Vice President on our investment team and Co-Director of the Spring 2026 Teamworthy Founder Fellowship Program. Previously, Brian was a Senior Associate with Teamworthy Ventures after joining our team as a Summer Associate. Before Teamworthy, Brian worked as a software engineer on the Yale ITS Technology and Development Team. He graduated from Yale College with a B.A. as a double major in Economics and History where he was also President of the Yale Political Union and Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Socially Responsible Investments Journal. He is an accomplished violinist. He lives in Nashville.

Thomas D. Lehrman

Managing Partner

Thomas D. Lehrman is Managing Partner of Teamworthy Ventures. Mr. Lehrman was formerly co-founder and former Co-Chief Executive Officer of Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) and has been involved as a founding or seed investor in numerous early stage ventures. Mr. Lehrman previously served as a Director of the Office of WMD Terrorism at the U.S. Department of State and as a member of the professional staff on the President’s WMD Commission. Earlier in his career, he worked as a financial analyst at Tiger Management. Mr. Lehrman has been a Board Member of several educational institutions including KIPP NYC Public Charter Schools, Brooklyn Excelsior Charter School, and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Mr. Lehrman graduated from Duke University and Yale Law School and his writings have appeared in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.

Liz Scarcella is a Senior Associate on our investment team. Before joining Teamworthy, she was an analyst on the deal team at Lead Edge Capital, where she focused on vertical B2B software investments, partnering closely with CEOs, leading sourcing efforts, and driving diligence to evaluate strategic fit and growth potential. Previously, she worked at Brooks Hill Partners, a life sciences venture capital firm, where she analyzed early-stage biotech companies. She graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in Biology and Sociology and a minor in Neuroscience, and was a member of the women’s field hockey team. Originally from Westchester, NY, Liz now lives in New York City.
