Mike has designed missile defense systems, air and water pollution control systems, and was an early angel investor in Salesforce.com. He founded and sold an enterprise social networking company, attended business school at Haas and Columbia University, and was a first-round investor in Uber. Mike launched Structure Capital in June 2013 and invested in 50 companies during the first year.

Jillian Manus is an experienced banking and media executive, technology investor, and entrepreneur. She serves on numerous boards, including Stanford University Digital Health and NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center Board of Directors. Prior to Structure Capital, she founded Broad Strategy, Manus Media, and Global Goal Sports Management. She has held leadership roles at Credit Suisse Zurich, Universal, and Warner Bros. Jillian frequently speaks on topics such as inclusion and diversity and investing in values.
