Sunil has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and early stage investing. He is the founder and managing partner of Sprout Capital Advisors, one of the leading Investment Banks in India advising companies on raising capital and M&As. Sunil is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management.

Karandeep has over 5 years of experience in investment research and venture investing. Prior to Sprout, he worked with Northern Trust Transition Management as a research analyst where he developed trading strategies and risk managed solutions for institutional investors undergoing portfolio restructures.
