Michael Nogen, a former entrepreneur, launched and scaled startup Theality to become a national maternity apparel manufacturer and distributor carried by over 200 retailers. Michael has had a career in management consulting partnering with global clients to drive measurable business results by transforming their operating models to better respond to today's consumer and market trends. Most recently, he led global strategy at Gap and headed finance and strategy at 1800Flowers.com. Michael currently serves as a mentor at two leading NYC tech accelerators – XRC Labs and ERA.

Kerry Miller, an active angel investor, has 18 years of experience in management consulting, finance and talent strategy. Kerry’s extensive career includes time at Willis Towers Watson where she focused on integration strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently Kerry was head of human capital management for the real estate division at Goldman Sachs where she led the 1000-person integration of Archon Group. During her eight years at Goldman Sachs, she was also responsible for global recruiting strategy and head of human resources and talent strategy for technology infrastructure supporting the CTO.
