Mariano has over twenty years of experience leading growth strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and private equity/venture capital firms. He spent a decade in strategy and operations consulting with Booz & Company and also has industry experience in information technology. As a founder, he launched startups in professional services, retail, technology, and gaming. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and private equity and venture capital certifications from Stanford University, Harvard Business School, and EGADE Business School.

José Daniel has experience in finance, investments, and entrepreneurship. Before joining MGV Capital Group, he worked at GICSA on corporate financial planning and modeling for income-producing real estate properties, at PMI Group on oil market research and analysis, and at SURA Investment Management assessing market and credit risk. As a founder, he launched businesses in real estate and retail. He holds a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from ITAM and has earned both the CFA and CAIA designations.
