Tobias is described as a serial entrepreneur and company builder who co-founded, built and scaled more than twenty startups and raised over 200m EUR. As an investor, he led more than 100 venture investments and achieved more than a dozen high-profile exits, including two unicorn IPOs.

As Investment Manager at LEAP4, Daniel works across startup disciplines including strategy, GTM, finance, operations and sustainability. Before joining LEAP4, he built and scaled corporate innovation with Berylls Digital Ventures, Porsche Digital’s company builder Forward31, and Plug and Play in Germany and Silicon Valley.

As GP at LEAP4, Matthias is described as one of Europe’s most connected minds in mobility, logistics and industry tech. Before selling a globally leading mobility strategy firm, he helped major OEMs tackle challenges and led innovation projects such as MOIA. He is an engineer by training with a PhD in economics.

As Principal at LEAP4, Fares builds bridges between engineering, product, and venture. He has experience across consulting, startups, and a large-scale family business. He is an engineer by training with a technology management degree from TUM and CDTM.

As Senior Investment Manager at LEAP4, Theresia combines venture experience with a strong innovator network from OxBridge to the Ivy League. Her background spans investments, strategy, and high-stakes negotiation, supporting technical founders through business strategy, governance, and deal negotiation.
