In addition to co-founding Exceptional Ventures, which he chairs, he is currently Chairman of Octopus Capital and Cudoni, and sits on the boards of VouchedFor and Restless. He was part of the founding team of CapitalOne Bank in the US and founded and ran CapitalOne Bank (Europe) Plc.

Previously Managing Director for Europe at Joyance Partners, where he led 25 investments across 9 countries and built a team of 8. Started his career at Cisco in Silicon Valley and later led business development across EMEAR and APAC.
