Currently the CEO and Director of CapitalEnergy Corporation, the parent company of CE Venture Capital Ltd. He has 25 years of experience in strategy development, corporate governance and investment management across various industries worldwide. He was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2011.

Managing Director of CE Venture Capital's Calgary office. His interests include new technologies and solutions in healthcare, medical care, and biosciences. Prior to joining CE Venture Capital, he founded a start-up and worked in venture investing for over six years in both China and North America. He holds degrees in medicine and finance.

Managing Director of CE Venture Capital China, responsible for overseeing and developing the firm's China projects. Prior to joining CE Venture Capital, he had a 15-year career in the North American energy industry and China's consumer products industry, focused on strategic development, finance and market insights. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, Finance and Accountancy.

Joined CE Venture Capital in 2018 and is currently Vice President in the Vancouver office. Prior to joining, she worked in M&A and FP&A at Finning International, in Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at CHC Helicopters, and began her career in Clean Technology and Diversified Investment Banking at CIBC. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of British Columbia, is a CFA charterholder, and co-founded the largest undergraduate venture capital competition in North America.

Managing Director at CE Venture Capital, member of the Investment Committee, and responsible for portfolio construction and risk management. He has a 25-year career in venture capital, private equity, investment banking and corporate advisory, with experience in due diligence, deal origination, finance and structuring. He has been involved in $15 billion of financings and M&A transactions and has been an active angel investor for 15 years.
