As CEO of Orange Money Mali, Aicha led it to become Orange Group’s largest and top-performing financial institution. Previously, as the inaugural Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Orange Mali, she built and scaled a newly created department into a key decision-making hub. Named Female Innovator of the Year at AfricaCom 2020, she excels in leading through disruption, building high-performing teams, and driving customer-centric innovation.

Dolapo is an Investor at Ventures Platform. She is responsible for driving the investment process end-to-end including functions such as Deal Sourcing, Due Diligence, Transaction Structuring, and Portfolio Management.
